Georgia Outdoors Radio was started in early 2007 to fill a void in radio programming for the outdoor industry and outdoor enthusiast in Georgia. Though the show’s primary focus is on fishing and hunting in Georgia, we also try to cover as much as possible for Georgia outdoor recreation like camping, hiking, boating, kayaking, primitive skills, etc... even edible mushroom hunting and an emphasis on getting the family outdoors. The show’s guests include the pros to the average Joes like fishing tournament anglers, professional shooters and hunting guides, and the everyday outdoorsman and outdoorswoman. We provide seasonal information on a timely basis.

Brad Myers is a seasoned broadcast veteran of more than 20 years, with a lifelong passion for the outdoors. Growing up as a kid between Georgia and Louisiana, his outdoor adventures allowed him to fish the grass flats of the Gulf of Mexico to the waters of northern Ontario, Canada. Georgia offered him great opportunities for hunting, which he still takes advantage of today. After a long history in corporate broadcasting, he decided to go on his own and incorporate his love for the outdoors with his knowledge of the broadcast industry. Brad is a family man with his wife, four kids, and two grandkids, and a love of God and country.
